Return Policy

We offer free returns on orders over $100. You must file for a return within 30 days of the purchase date. If shipping was delayed there may be exceptions. We will cover only up to $10 on shipping
Warranty Information

We offer a One Year Warranty on our products. This protects against Manufacturer defects in electronics or hardware. We do NOT cover any of the following

-Blown Speakers
-Physical Damage
-Water or Contamination damage of any kind

We do cover the following

-Amplifier not working
-Battery not working
-Internal Failure
-Loose parts
-Bluetooth Problems
When will I get my order?

Due to the nature of the product allow 3-5 business days to ship. And allow 7-10 business days during the busy times. Shipping time depends on carrier and rates selected.
Repair Cost

We do offer repairs on nearly all of our products for competitive rates. There is a Minimum Service Charge of $15 and the buyer pays for shipping the product to us. We cover shipping to the customer.
